3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value transparency and fairness in our financial engagements. Our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:
- Prior to Project Commencement: If you choose to cancel your request before any operational work has begun, you are entitled to a full $100\%$ refund.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled while in progress, a $50\%$ refund of the total project fee will be issued. This covers the resources, time, and intellectual effort already invested by our team.
- Upon Project Completion: Once a project has been completed or the final deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, and the full agreed-upon fee must be settled.
4. Client Responsibilities & Project Delays
Successful project delivery requires timely collaboration. Clients are expected to provide all necessary assets, feedback, and approvals promptly. Stinoment holds no liability for project delays resulting from the client’s failure to provide required information. Extended delays by the client may result in project pausing or additional fees.
5. SEO & Social Media Disclaimer
While Stinoment employs industry-leading practices for SEO and Social Media Growth, we do not guarantee exact search engine rankings, specific traffic volumes, or follower counts. Platforms such as Google and Meta frequently update their algorithms, which are entirely beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Stinoment, its directors, or employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Modifications to the Terms
Stinoment reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
